Our shop is located in the heart of New Paltz, NY in the business district.  It is a thriving business district which has an old fashioned charm and friendliness.

New Paltz is a historic community with the oldest street in the USA!  Founded by French Hugenots in the 17th century the town has a mixture of history and vibrancy.

Located near the Mohonk Preserve and Mohonk Mountain House, the area is well known as a recreational and historic destination.  New Paltz is home to SUNY-New Paltz and is located near Vassar and Marist Colleges as well as many other educational and cultural institutions.  Nearby Hyde Park is the historic site of Franklin Roosevelt's home and Library.

John Burroughs lived in the area as did artist Marc Chagall.  New Paltz, with its proximity to the metro-New York City area is a favorite destination of artists, actors, and others coming to enjoy the beauty and culture that the area has in abundance.
